Design.manage
This scenario provides for the design and management of an installation. Using this option I will work with you to help develop a plan using a needs based approach. Up to three selected systems contractors will be provided with duplicates of all drawings, specifications and scope of work. This helps to ensure the comparisons are of a like nature so that each company may correctly bid according to the same set of plans.
This option is usually reserved for larger projects which have a higher risk of loss.
Design.build
This scenario includes designing and installing the desired systems. Utilizing the same needs based approach as the design.manage option, I will help you obtain the installation that is right for your facility.
This approach is more appropriate for minor upgrades and installations where costly design process would not provide sufficient savings.
Service Contracts
I can work with you to customize service contracts that can include 24 hour on call service, on site maintenance, repairs, and other manufacturer recommended service.

System Optimization
Sometimes all you need is to start over and get it set right for your daily or weekly events. Get back to your starting point so you can be sure you are getting the most out of your system.
Systems drawings/documentation
System diagrams can be created for your current installation (even if not provided by the original installer). These drawings can help in system troubleshooting, future additions, and training.
