What Drives Me?


What drives me? Ask anyone that knows me and they will all tell you the same thing.  I love to help.  I will do whatever it takes to make sure the job gets done right.  Whether it is replacing a garbage disposal for my sister or soldering mic connections at a local venue, I enjoy making sure the best effort, ideas, and savings are poured into every project.  I enjoy being proud of my work and like when I visit years later and see that everything is still working properly as was installed in the system originally.  Personal Note: My sister’s garbage disposal still works, 2 years and counting.

Why start a business? They say do what you love and you will never work a day in your life.   The reason I started Brackman Consulting is from a desire to help people in ways that will save them time, money, and frustration in the long run, through effective planning and quality work.  You could potentially spend tens of thousands of dollars, only to have a missed detail cost your thousands more to fix.  I aim to help prevent such mistakes.

Methodology: Research and plan.  Research and plan again.  Then act.  I apply this to just about every large purchase I make.  It has saved me hundreds of dollars and countless hours since the right tool/product was purchased the first time.  This methodology can be applied to any project but my expertise is in the AV world.  This is where I know I can be most beneficial to my clients.
